Williams will focus on the four main premises of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Her past work has centered around helping executives and students develop their interpersonal effectiveness and an ability to motivate others, influence outcomes, and build relationships.
Experienced in both external and internal coaching roles, Williams has been responsible for executive leadership education, training design, group process team dynamics, and organizational behavior for corporate employee populations in small businesses to those with over 30,000 employees. As an expert on management interpersonal skills, she often addresses topics such as navigating layoffs and handling conflict situations in the workplace. She has also been featured in the Wall Street Journal.
Williams particularly focuses on experiential education and design-thinking, so prepare for a lively discussion. The meeting will take place at the Charlotte Center at 200 North College Street on June 28 from 11:30 am to 1 pm.
